1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PyqBank ("the Platform"), operated by StripeSys ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

PyqBank is an educational platform designed to help students prepare for the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) and other competitive examinations. The Platform provides study articles, practice questions, mock tests, flashcards, revision tools, and other educational features.

3. User Accounts

  • You may browse free content without creating an account.
  • Certain features require authentication via Google Sign-In.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Premium features are available via paid subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, or Lifetime).
  • Payments are processed via UPI. Subscription activates upon successful payment verification.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing period. We do not auto-renew.
  • Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the service was not used substantially. Contact support@stripesys.com for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on PyqBank — including articles, questions, explanations, illustrations, and software — is the property of StripeSys or its licensors.
  • NCERT-based content is referenced for educational purposes under fair use.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Platform content without written permission.
  • User-generated data (bookmarks, notes, progress) belongs to you but is stored locally on your device.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content.
  • Share your premium account credentials with others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform.
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or interfere with other users' experience.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.

7. Privacy & Data

  • We collect minimal data: your Google profile (name, email, photo) for authentication, and payment status via Firebase.
  • Study progress, bookmarks, flashcard reviews, and preferences are stored locally on your device (localStorage) and are not transmitted to our servers.
  • We use Firebase Analytics to understand usage patterns. No personally identifiable data is shared with third parties for advertising.
  • You may delete your account and associated data by contacting support@stripesys.com.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee exam results or admission based on use of our Platform.
  • While we strive for accuracy, educational content may contain errors. Always cross-reference with official NCERT textbooks and NTA guidelines.
  • We are not affiliated with NTA, NCERT, or any government body.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StripeSys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the preceding 12 months.

10. Content Accuracy

PyqBank content is created and curated by subject-matter experts. However, we encourage students to verify critical information with official NCERT textbooks and NTA notifications. If you find any content errors, please report them via our Feedback page.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
